My Real Estate Journey:
Jip Ng is a Snr Group District Director with PropNex Realty. Armed with 21 years’ experience in the property sector, he leads and mentors a growing team of real estate agents to realise their full potential in the business.
Having graduated with ERA Real Estate in 1999, Jip spent the next 11 years with the company where he amassed a wide collection of awards and accolades including ERA Asia Pacific Elite Award Winner for five consecutive years from 2004 to 2008, ERA Top Rookie in 2000, ERA Top New Manager in 2001, ERA Top 3 Manager in 2006, as well as numerous Top 10 Achiever awards throughout his career.
The same year that he graduated (1999), Jip was admitted into the ERA Million Dollar Club – a testament to his sharp market analyses, proven strategies and dedication to both clients and team members which drive his robust track record. Jip joined PropNex Realty in May 2013 where his vast experience and connections continue to help many home sellers and buyers fulfilling their real estate dream
He is also a Keynote Speaker in PropNex Realty for many of the consumer seminars sharing his insights on Singapore property market to thousands of consumers. Buying a property is the biggest purchase to many of the buyers out there, Jip believe that facts and figures is of upmost important instead of buying with emotion. Therefore he has did many research for his clients and friends who approach him for advise. By understanding the market trend with the supporting evidence and real time statistics had help him identify which are the right property the right to purchase, thus helping many of his friends and clients making an informed decision in their property purchase journey/

My style of mentoring:
As a leader, I feel that it’s my duty to help my team members unlock their potential. Every single member of my team is provided with the necessary training, guidance, and leadership materials to ensure that they can always find a practical application for everything that they’ve learned. Undoubtedly, a lot of changes have taken place since our team was first created, but the excellent quality of work, open-mindedness, and the grit and determination which characterize JND, and that I witnessed on my very first day, remains.
